Real Estate Sector In Saudi Arabia Gets A Digital Push

Aqarmap.com, an Egyptian Real Estate Search Engine that allows people to search thousands of properties and Real AqarmapEstate projects, has just launched in Saudi Arabia.

The site has an easy to use interface, which allows researchers to easily compare units and find what suits their needs and budgets. It also offers the service of searching by using interactive maps.

Aqarmap.com's CEO, Imad al-Masoudi, announced that the company's objective is to work to achieve the best results for real estate companies in Saudi Arabia as it did with major leading real estate companies, such as Emaar."

The website plans to reach the largest number of property researchers in the Kingdom in order to ensure the best service is provided to those seeking it.

With investment bank Rasmala predicting five per cent growth in house prices over the next two consecutive years, real estate sector in Saudi Arabia's is poised to become one of the world's leading property markets

At present, the number of visits to the site from Saudi Arabia reached 150k. The company expects this number to reach half a million by end of 2014 as the level of demand for real estate in the Kingdom is still very high. The fact that reasonable prices within the real estate industry are still non existent, this creates the need for innovation in coming up with new ways to search more accurately for the best deals available in the market.

Lamudi.com a Rocket Internet venture had launched a website called Lamudi.com globally last year with Saudi Arabia properties being listed on the website. The launch of Aqarmap.com is a direct competition to Lamudi.com.
