As a Digital Content writer, you will be responsible for driving the execution of the Cleartag’s enterprise digital content strategy to support company aspirations. You will be responsible for developing a process to curate content from existing editorial and outside resources for the Cleartag’s enterprise and enhancing and expanding digital channels. This role will manage content sourcing and delivery, drive high quality consumer experience across the digital media, and will act as a key point of contact for multiple internal and external parties. You will lead content growth and delivery enhancement while utilizing the best practices of project management, editorial, marketing, and business management as well as measure content effectiveness via web metrics to monitor progress against strategic enterprise priorities as well as specific business campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Organization

  • Support strategic content initiatives that drive business objectives and are crafted to deliver a high-quality customer experience, honing methods that work for the brand/product
  • Define engaging topics that will reach stakeholders and meet business/enterprise needs
  • Develop and execute a content distribution strategy across relevant digital media/channels
  • Develop a content collection strategy to derive content from across the enterprise, define governance process and workflow process to execute
  • Determine a social content strategy for relevant stakeholders and businesses, and enterprise
  • Assess, organize, manage digital content (content inventory) and assign and track new content development (content matrix)
  • Create and maintain taxonomy/nomenclature lists and definitions to support content distribution strategy
  • Develop a content strategy documentation, including content sitemaps for the business/enterprise projects to drive development of digital presences
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers and digital publishers to
  • define, manage and deploy content requirements for new and existing projects.

Content Development & Creation

  • Develop and guide policies that ensure consistent and high quality content that meets the needs of our key stakeholder groups
  • Think strategically to bolster categories of content that can aid our digital growth and ways to distribute content (newsletters, apps, social media, etc)
  • Develop content/editorial plan for various enterprise digital properties working with the enterprise marketing communications team
  • Create original content (copy, infographics, etc) and edit content from other sources for digital distribution
  • Foster and maintain relationships with external content vendors that support strategic content initiatives

Content Monitoring & Effectiveness

  • Determine content success measures, gather data, perform analysis and make recommendations based on those results
  • Create regular Analyze digital metrics, adjust content, accordingly, and create regular updates for stakeholders
  • Leverage SEO best practices to help ensure content findability
  • Solicit and respond to user feedback
  • Developing measuring reports to assess campaign performance
  • Ideating and strategizing on the best digital tools and assets to enhance brand representation or sales opportunity
  • Constantly liaising with digital brand advocates & create a PR network
  • Curate communities online by handling engagement and customer care opportunities
  • Manages Arabic content writing
