Job Role

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the development of a new online web products, from its inception and design to its launch, working on mobile, web and responsive site development with external agencies, internal developers and designers. We need someone that can interact with non-technical stakeholders, has a strong understanding of user experience and eye for design, plus the ability to work with a technical team to bring it all into production.

You Will:
Work with internal stakeholders to define requirements
Work closely with our global digital agencies to manage the user experience and design process
Manage the development of web products with our in-house technical team
Partner with our in-house analytics team to monitor performance and areas for improvement
Oversee the content creation and population
Assist in bringing new ideas to the department and drive innovation

Qualifications & Experience
Honours Degree in an IT, Business, E-Commerce, Digital or related field.
8 years’ experience as a Digital Manager with expertise in User Experience and web content management is required.
Experience managing teams of Digital UX and content specialists is required.
Understanding of UI and UX design is essential.
Expertise in production of quality Online development, understanding of different programming languages and how they affect web build as well as the user experience, experience of content management systems and campaign tools is essential.
Management of end to end digital development projects.

Experience in these areas is a distinct advantage:
Experience in using statistics and insights to aid strategic decisions
Reporting on mobile/web trends and customer behaviour
Working with content management systems (CMS)
Agile software development
