Job Information

Support execution and monitor the performance of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) projects to support overall Etihad SEO strategy and ensure projects are driving revenues.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Policies and Procedures
    Follow all relevant policies, processes and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
  • Day-to-Day Operations
    Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs to ensure continuity of work. Work is reviewed at several steps along the way for accuracy.

    Comply with all relevant safety, security, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with SEO agencies to support project delivery within budgets, on time and as by defined strategy
  • Perform analysis based on SEO Agency-provided data to determine Etihad SEO performance
  • Analyse and report on performance of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on web metrics, buyer insights and feedback and content inventories to monitor content effectiveness
  • Liaise with SEO Link Builder and SEO Agencies to design and create link bait items that are aligned with SEO strategy in order to stimulate Etihad website traffic and ultimately revenue
  • Update all site content based on agreed brand principles, to ensure continuous alignment with evolving messaging and business strategies
  • Monitor site content to ensure user friendless, mobile optimization, and SEO compliance
  • Support the development of static SEO content for the web including translation into all applicable languages to support revenue delivery strategy
  • Understand SEO campaign requirements within the business to translate into technical implementation and documentation.
  • Support YoY growth by helping to develop and manage high-quality reporting, and communicate performance and insights that indicate progress towards SEO KPI’s.
  • Monitor campaign progression and key metrics using Analytics tools.
  • Creation and organization of long-term strategies and technical optimization activities against brand priorities and development cycles.
  • Provide on-going support for all projects, including new product launches, site redesign, campaigns and promotions, CMS roll, and web and mobile audit recommendations.
  • Help drive international SEO expansion by working closely with country managers.
  • Continue to help define and refine SEO processes within the Ecommerce Department and share these SEO best practices with the wider business.
  • Complete detailed daily, weekly and monthly SEO analysis and develop a report structure to communicate these metrics.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum Diploma (2 years or more).
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience within relevant field.
  • SEO content creation experience and experience with SEO content builder. Knowledge of latest SEO, social media and digital marketing strategies.
