Job: Online Marketing Specialist

Job Purpose

As part of the global marketing team, this role (based in H Hotel – Dubai) will work closely with different regional offices to come up with their digital marketing and content strategies.

Main duties

• Plan and implement digital strategies to increase traffic to the website and enhance brand image

• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns including PPC, SEO and CMS (Content Management System) and brand reputation

• Manage content creation for website and all social media platforms such as promotions, mobile, homepage

• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of all online marketing campaigns and website traffic to improve campaigns and user experience

• Work closely with marketing team, digital agencies, production house and internal IT department to ensure timely and quality implementation

• Perform campaign analysis, generate insights and consider the use of many dimensions of online content,: from messaging strategy to content production, and from informational structure to metadata management set up key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of published content

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Additional duties

To attend supervision, training and meetings as and when required. You may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks within the company that may be deemed necessary.

Person Specification

• Degree holder with relevant 5 years+ experience in CMS (Online Content Management System).

• Background in professional services a considerable advantage.

• Strategic yet hands-on with excellent communicating and presentation skills

• Proven experience with handling numerous projects/campaigns simultaneously

• Strong sense in digital channel and content development.

• Excellent command in both written and spoken English.
