Google has launched LIVE Traffic Updates on Maps for Qatar via mobile and web. This is a great feature, as this information is scarce 
and most of us depend on our BBMs or social media networks like Twitter. To check out the traffic visit and click the traffic layer on the top right hand side of the map. Traffic information is also available on Google Maps for Mobile devices and Google Maps Navigation. Live road traffic has been available in the MENA region since September 2012 in Jeddah and Kuwait City and in December 2012 in UAE.
If you are missing the Google Maps App on your iPhones, the company announced the release of a on the App Store. The app provides smooth rotating of 2D and 3D views.
