There is a growing interest in the On Demand entertainment services in the region. Last week Video-on-demand startup Telly Inc. has raised $8 million and acquired a Middle Eastern company called Sha Sha to stream content to the Arab world.
The launch of Mozaic GO for Next Generation Mozaic TV customers marks another step forward in the entertainment space in Qatar. Recognising that more people are watching programmes on their mobile devices – rather that the traditional television set in the living room – Ooredoo has created the new service to provide people with streaming access to Mozaic’s rich library of international content.
Customers can use the new Mozaic GO App on Wi-Fi, 3G and 4G LTE networks across Qatar, so customers can enjoy the latest films and programmes wherever they travel in the country.
As the most popular quality digital entertainment service in Qatar, Mozaic TV provides access to a rich range of content, including the best and latest releases from Hollywood, Bollywood, Asia and the Arab world. This incredible range of content can now be streamed direct to customers’ digital devices, in a first-of-its-kind service for Qatar.
In order to access Mozaic GO, customers should be a Next Generation Mozaic TV customer.
Customers can access the App by simply downloading it from the Apple App Store by searching for ‘Mozaic GO’ and using their Mozaic TV Subscription Number to log-in. This number can be found via the system information option on their Mozaic remote control.
Already available on Mozaic GO is all Disney, ABC and Mozaic Movies “On Demand” content, so that families can enjoy an incredible range of series and animation direct to their mobile device the moment they download the app.
