Within Google, Partner Business Solutions (PBS) is a global organization that works with millions of partners. We work closely with our partners to leverage the total Google digital suite (products like AdSense, Ad Exchange, Video, Mobile, AdMob, DoubleClick, Private Marketplace) in order to grow traffic and maximize their online businesses.

As a Revenue Solutions Account manager, you will help sustain and grow Google’s publisher business with our most strategic partners in the Emerging Markets (CEE, Russia, Turkey, Greece, Middle East and Africa), in collaboration with the Partner Managers. You will be responsible for driving business growth and new features adoption across all of our business growth products. As a Revenue Solutions Account Manager, you will be a key support function for the Strategic Partner Managers.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, implement and monitor business growth optimizations initiatives across a set of key partners and across verticals (ISP, Portals, E-commerce, Mobile apps etc).
  • Work closely with Strategic Partner managers and leads, Product Specialists, Technical Account Managers to test and implement relevant products/features in order to maximize yield.
  • Ensure performance monitoring/measurement/reporting and follow ups for all implementations (follow ups with with the Partner Managers or publishers).
  • Provide excellent service to our partners.
Minimum qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in the online advertising industry (e.g. ad serving, networks, SSP, programmatic and RTB) and of key platforms and trends (e.g.. desktop, mobile, video, private marketplace) and related Key Performance Indicators.
Preferred qualifications
  • Related customer/account/partner management experience in an Internet company.
  • Demonstrated partner relations, account management, and sales skills.
  • Comfortable with team-based selling approach.
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills (spreadsheet software and SQL).
  • Track record of driving business and managing relationships in a fast moving product landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, project management and partner relation skills.

The regional Partner Business Solutions (PBS) teams work directly with large partners to develop monetization strategies for their online content. Our partners represent publishing, entertainment and commerce companies as well as other emerging verticals. We are in a unique and exciting position to shape the digital alignment of marketing and business strategies as our products evolve.
